Córas Imeachta Iontrála

Déanann tuismitheoirí / caomhnóirí Foirm Iarratais Iontrála a líonadh isteach má táid ag iarraidh páiste a chur chuig Naíonáin Shóisearacha i Scoil Mobhí. Is féidir an fhoirm seo a fháil tré :

• Bualadh isteach chun na scoile.
• Foirm a lorg tré litir, ríomhphost nó glaoch ghutháin a chur chun na scoile.
• A íoslódáil anseo.

Ag tús gach scoil bliana, déanfaidh an Bhord na meáin chumarsáide seo a úsáid chun an Córas Imeachta Iontrála a fhoilsiú:

• Clár fógra na dTuismitheoirí
• Nuachtlitir scoile  ag tús na bliana
• Suíomh idirlín na scoile

Is gá gach cuid den Fhoirm Iarratais Iontrála a líonadh isteach agus is gá go mbeidh cóip den den Teastas Breithe  agus den Teastas Baiste (más infheidhme é)  curtha isteach léi. Ba  chóir an fhoirm comhlánaithe a chur thar nais chugainn roimh 31 Deireadh Fómhair na bliana sula bhfuil sé i gceist go dtosóidh an páiste ar scoil.

Enrolment Procedure

Parents/Guardians wishing to apply to enrol pupils in Junior Infants in Scoil Mobhí may do so by completing a school Enrollment Application Form, one year prior to commencement.

This can be obtained from 1st September each year by:

• Calling to the school.
• Requesting a form by mail, email or telephone.
• By downloading here.

At the beginning of the new school year, the Board of Management shall employ the following media to publish its enrolment procedures:

• School Parents’ Notice Board
• School Information Board
• Scoil Mobhí website

All sections of the Enrolment Application Form must be completed and accompanied by a copy of Birth Certificate and Baptismal Certificate (where applicable). Completed Enrolment Application forms must be received by 31 October, of the year immediately prior to entry.
